I was sent to establish the Embassy in Helsinki, Finland in November during winter. During my tour of duty, I took the opportunity to travel and visited most of the major cities in Europe. Too many to list down. I would put Switzerland and Norway on top of my must visit countries in Europe. The other tourist friendly countries included Italy and Germany.
